First lady Michelle Obama visits Harper High School in the Englewood neighborhood to talk with students about the plague of violence in their area April 10, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois. According to published reports Chicago has had 79 murders in 2013. Twenty-seven of the victims have been under 21-years-old, the most recent victim was fourteen-year-old Michael Orozco who died April 7, from two gunshot wounds to his chest. A 17 and a 19-year-old are in custody for Orozco's murder.
